OUTING INFORMATION

The Sanibel Island Fishing Club Meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm for pizza followed by our meeting at 7:00pm at the  Sanibel Island Community Center.    Guests Welcome.                   

 

Speaker:  Kevin Vertesch

Kevin has been fishing Sanibel waters for many years and is well recognized by us as past president, current tournament director and many time winner of the Sanibel Island Fishing Club Angler of the Year award.  He’s a passionate and expert tarpon hunter who serves on the board of Fort Myers Beach Tarpon Hunters Club and is their current “Angler of the Year”.  Kevin will be discussing the many aspects of finding and fishing for this powerful and illusive game fish.
